‘Two Point Campus’ is a silly and fantastic college life simulator

Forget Ancient ring and Little Tina’s Wonderland, my most publicized title of E3 2021 (so far) is Two Point Campus, a simulation game set on a college campus. Although leaked on the Microsoft Store at the end of last month, today’s Summer Game Fest stream was our first real look at Two Point’s higher education-based title. You probably know the company best thanks to its Hospital title, which my brother and I are still obsessed with more than three years after its release.

While Two Point Hospital was a spiritual successor from 1997 Hospital Theme, Two-point campusProbably the closest analogue to is The Sims franchise, with wacky characters and even more wacky uni situations you have to build and organize to get by. You’ll be building classrooms, dorms, and beautiful large open spaces for your young adults to engage in picnics and backpacking. There are also knights, bots, and magic, as it’s not a two-point game without a bit of whimsy. Want a room that looks like a castle? You can have a room that looks like a castle.

The game will be released by Sega in 2022 on PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox One and Series X | S, Nintendo Switch and Steam.
